One of the most tragic situations today is the plight of the “dogs of war” -- the pups and strays in Iraq. Their life is one of daily abuse compounded by the horrors of war. SPCA International has set up Operation Baghdad Pups to help our soldiers with costs that run into thousands of dollars. Please help rescue these hapless innocents.
